This resort is an absolute paradise with stunning views, exceptional service, and a tranquil atmosphere. The heritage villa with a plunge pool was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother. The restaurant staff ensured that we always had delicious food and the sunset cruise was beautiful. a perfect stay for young families.

The resort is located right on the lakeside, offering stunning views of the 97 km long Lake Kumarakom. The Luxury Pavilion Room, as described in a guest's review, is amazing and provides a comfortable stay. The staff, including the Guest Relations team, is super friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The resort offers a range of activities such as cycling around the resort and pottery making. The Meandering Pool Villas are perfect for those who love swimming and playing in the waters.

The resort can be crowded with tourists, which may affect the overall tranquility of the place.

Exceptional property. Staff provides exceptional customer experience. Seafood restaurant has best fish curry. Mr. Kavi's photography skills are exceptional. Great natural environment and location. Musicians on the boat were excellent. Excellent staff at the restaurant. Wonderful cuisine. Pool villas are amazing with a magical pool experience. Spotlessly clean rooms. This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a spa, outdoor swimming pool, and massage services that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the garden area and BBQ facilities provided a serene and picturesque backdrop for our stay. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with special diet menus available upon request. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was a delay at check-in, which was handled well by the staff. this did not detract from the overall luxury experience at this hotel.

During my stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and tranquil ambiance that surrounded the entire property. The beauty of the lake and the calming atmosphere truly left me in awe. Additionally, the resort staff, particularly Sumith, Kavi, and Mosa, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service throughout my stay.

Although my time at Kumarakom Lake Resort was exceptional, I did encounter a few minor drawbacks. The rooms were slightly dimly lit, making it challenging to find items in my bags.

This hotel was a fantastic place to spend my Thanksgiving holiday. the food was absolutely delicious, and included fresh seafood and other local delicacies. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay so enjoyable. I also loved the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel and the beautiful views from my room.

One negative aspect of my stay was that the hotel was located a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore outside of the hotel. However, overall I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
