The hotel's location is perfect, as it is located very close to all the sites in the old city. It is also easy to get to from the Central bus station with the light tram line 1. Opposite the hotel, there is a fish shop that we frequented for really good large and comparatively cheap seafood.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with tours and making us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Old City and Damascus Gate nearby. The breakfast was delicious and catered to various dietary needs. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the historic Jerusalem walls. The rooms are comfortable with basic amenities and some even have a huge balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served in the nice restaurant with great views is a wonderful way to start the day.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, in a lively neighbourhood during the day but very quiet at night and right at the mountains. The service was exceptional with excellent room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops nearby. We were impressed by the room amenities like the balcony, terrace, mirror, and sitting area. The dining restaurant had delicious breakfast with a great staff. Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient amenities to have.

The hotel offered us a free shuttle bus to the nearby Old City every day at 10am, which was a great convenience. the staff were also friendly and helpful, providing us with two complimentary drinks upon check-in and a free upgrade to a larger room. the rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the city and was a great place to relax.

The hotel parking was limited and we had to park on the street a few times. the room had poor sound insulation, so we could hear the street noise and other guests in the hallway.
