The hotel's location is perfect, as it is located very close to all the sites in the old city. It is also easy to get to from the Central bus station with the light tram line 1. Opposite the hotel, there is a fish shop that we frequented for really good large and comparatively cheap seafood.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with tours and making us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Old City and Damascus Gate nearby. The breakfast was delicious and catered to various dietary needs. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served in the nice restaurant with great views is a wonderful way to start the day.

The service was exceptional with excellent room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops nearby. We were impressed by the room amenities like the balcony, terrace, mirror, and sitting area. The dining restaurant had delicious breakfast with a great staff. Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient amenities to have.
