Amazing Hotel! My stay was for 4 nights and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the decorated olive tree. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The New Year's Eve celebration at the hotel bar and restaurant was fantastic, thanks to the maitre D called “Dia”. The buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring historical and biblical sights, all within walking distance.

The Olive Tree served as a great base for our tours and sightseeing in Jerusalem. The buffet in the evening was varied and delicious, and the bar was a comfortable spot to relax. The lobby area was cozy and the overall food quality was above average. The property showed potential with ongoing renovations.

Almost perfect.

Best aspects about our Christmas stay were the friendly staff who were always pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Another advantage was the ample food options available for breakfast and dinner, with plenty of choices to satisfy our appetites.

Worst aspects were the shabby and poorly maintained rooms. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mildew in the bathtub.

The location was ideal, quiet and safe, not far from the Old City. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bar lounge had comfortable chairs and plenty of space. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of the olive tree. The staff spoke English and treated me respectfully as a foreigner. The hotel had a delicious buffet with many options, and the chef deserves praise. The location was convenient for visiting historical and biblical sights. The staff at the Olive Tree were professional and friendly. The free car park was a big plus. The breakfast was excellent, generous, fresh, and strictly Kosher. They made it easy to observe Shabbat in the hotel. The reception was excellent, staff were accommodating, and the environment was calm. Free overseas calls, tea and coffee in the room, fridge, and free WiFi were all great amenities. They even allowed us to check in early when our plane landed early.

We had a wonderful stay at Olive Tree. The staff at the dining room were kind, and the food was excellent with a wide variety of Mediterranean offerings. The location was ideal, close to the Jewish University and the old city, yet in a quiet area. The hotel was elegantly decorated, and our spacious room with a balcony was a great plus. we received great service for the price paid and the receptionist made a lasting impression. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel's hairdryers could use improvement as they have difficulty staying together and lack air flow.

I really got great value for the money I paid at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location was perfect- close to the university, old city, and city center. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better display or information about the set menu during breakfast.
