Additionally, the view from our 15th-floor room was disappointing. While one window had a great view of the Arena, the other two were directly across from an office building, forcing us to keep the blinds closed for privacy throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have better views from all windows.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt House! Really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets and amazing city view from the King den room on the 16th floor. Liked the convenient distance to the Smoothie King Center. Appreciated the quiet floors, which made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even offered me a bottle of wine to compensate for a small issue with my hot water.

Although I had a minor issue with ants in my room and some missed housekeeping, these were promptly resolved by the attentive staff. Despite these small hiccups, I would highly recommend the Hyatt House for its cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and overall great service.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for one night during my trip to Nola. I was looking for a hotel with a view, extra towels upon arrival, cheap parking, a shower, a refrigerator, a microwave, and away from the elevator. Hyatt House had it all! The room was upgraded for free and my hubby loved the suite. The location was perfect, close to the Clemson Family Tailgate and a short walk to the Dome. The breakfast, including delicious peach oatmeal, was brought to our room every morning. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. a great experience!
