The location of the hotel in the garden was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Golan Heights. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The winery on-site offered a great selection of wines for tasting.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disturbing at times.

The rooms were very clean and well-organized. We liked the fact that the hotel had a petting zoo and a winery with great wines. the location was perfect; it was close to all the Golan Heights’ attractions, and we could easily reach them all. we loved the breakfast served in the hotel's dining room, which had a wide range of tasty options.

The wall between our room and our neighbors was thin, and we could hear them talking, especially in the morning. the door of the shower could only be opened a little bit, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

We had an amazing time at Kibbutz Ortal Tourism! The cabin was beautiful and had a charming North-Israeli vibe. The breathtaking views of the Golan Heights left us speechless. The winery offered a variety of delicious wines for tasting and we even brought some home. The customer service was top-notch and the village food was delicious. we highly recommend this unique and pleasant experience.

Checking in at this hotel was a breeze. The welcoming staff carried our luggage as we walked into the luxurious lobby area. They showed us to our room, which had exclusive room advantages. Modern décor, freshly scented linens and a Jacuzzi that really helped to relax. The service was amazing and the massage was fantastic. The garden area, outdoor dining area, sun terrace and private facilities were all exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed fun BBQ facilities and s'mores at the picnic area during our stay. This hotel is also conveniently located close to all the major attractions in the Golan Heights.

The only issue during our stay at this hotel was the noise level early in the morning. We could hear our neighbors’ alarm going off, probably due to thin walls.
