my stay at the hotel was amazing. the room was lovely and the staff was nice and attentive. the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby. the breakfast options were great and the shower was excellent. overall, a wonderful experience.

Great value for money, with a charming room and outstanding breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants, the park, promenade, and beach. The staff, especially David, went above and beyond to assist with transportation and reservations. The hotel's design and interior space of the room were well thought out, with necessary features like a work desk and Nespresso coffee machine.

Everything was fantastic.

The location was great, near the beach and well-connected to the city by bus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the sea. The amenities were impressive, including a coffee machine, kettle, and complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was clean and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the newly opened restaurant with its Alice in Wonderland theme, although we couldn't eat there due to dietary restrictions. it was a wonderful experience.

Great view of the sea and wonderful surroundings from the 6th floor. Tasteful ambience with ample lighting fixtures for reading. Delightful breakfast provided in nearby cafes with lots of options.

Our room was modern and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast package was a great value, and the cafes had delicious Israeli breakfasts. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the breakfast in the vibey garden was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The lack of parking facilities at the hotel, requiring guests to use nearby city parking, which can be expensive. there was a power plant nearby, which occasionally emitted unpleasant odors and disrupted the view.

We loved this place! The location on the port was perfect for walking to great restaurants and shops. The housekeeping was amazing, always keeping the room spotless and stocked with amenities. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were a nice touch.

In addition, the staff from the management was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure jacuzzi and TV room were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at Play Seaport Suite Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the front desk manager, Keren, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the suite itself was lovely, with a spacious layout and a stunning sea view. the room had nice touches like a coffee machine, bottled water, and chocolates. the design was modern and comfortable, with hardwood floors and plenty of lighting for reading. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the nearby cafe for an excellent breakfast. the hotel provided excellent service, a beautiful room, and an unforgettable experience.
