The location of this hotel was excellent, with many facilities and public transport options within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently updated.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the room itself felt a bit worn and outdated, with minimal luxury and some poorly maintained equipment.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions San Francisco has to offer. You can walk to many places of interest, such as restaurants and shops, and even reach the concert venue in a short time. The room and bathroom were clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guests also enjoyed the continental breakfast and the added bonus of a complimentary wine and cheese hour in the evening.

There were some issues with certain aspects of the hotel, such as the lack of air conditioning in the small room.

However, these two factors were overshadowed by the poor condition of the rooms and the noise from the street.

This hotel seriously needs a makeover. The rooms are small, with no closet or space to hang your clothes.

The hotel offers the option of paying for parking, with a valet service to pick up your car. We loved that check-out time was at 12:00 pm, but we were able to leave our car until 3:00 pm, which was perfect for us as we were still sightseeing. The location of the hotel was central to all the major sights, and it was close to good transportation systems, including a nearby cable car stop.

The modern and spacious shower in our room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a charming old fashioned elevator that was a treat to ride in. Staying here felt like experiencing a little piece of history, with the added convenience of a coffee maker, mini fridge, and small microwave in the room.

It was close to bars, restaurants, and all the places I wanted to visit like Union Square, China Town, and the Financial District. The room was small but quaint, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.
