The rooms were extremely small and cramped, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Great location, very big buffet breakfast. Prima Palace is conveniently located right off Jaffa St. and a short 20-minute walk to the Jaffa Gate. The hotel is also within walking distance to car rental services on King David St. The room was clean, including the bathroom, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of options. Additionally, changing money at the front desk was quick and easy.

Some good things about this hotel were the complimentary breakfast and the fast Wi-Fi. the hotel was also in a great central location and was easy to find. It was nice to have free parking options nearby.

My stay was not enjoyable due to the dirty rooms and old furniture. the staff was not helpful and did not address my concerns about the room cleanliness.

The breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of options and fresh ingredients. I especially enjoyed the omelet bar. Despite a small parking lot, they were able to accommodate my rental car, which was a relief. I would recommend the hotel.
