The staff at the hotel was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late check-out. The hotel is conveniently located in the German Colony area, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the availability of groceries nearby. The condo-style room provided comfort and had amenities like flat-screen TVs. a great place to stay, especially for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

Felt like home, no complaints.

Great value for money, located in a really nice area with lots of options for eating out. The staff here are extremely friendly and offer excellent service. The rooms are very clean and come with a full kitchen and all the facilities you need, including a bath. Plus, don't miss the delicious breakfast at the Grand Cafe next door!

Our recent stay at Rafael Residence Boutique was fantastic. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with romantic towel folding and flowers, which added a lovely touch to our trip. The proximity to Old Jerusalem was a major plus, allowing us to easily immerse ourselves in the rich history of the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, addressing any minor repairs promptly and providing us with ample towels and soap. The breakfast at the nearby Grand Cafe was also a highlight. We appreciated the option of parking, although the space was a bit tight like many other places in Jerusalem. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend staying at Rafael Residence Boutique for a memorable and enjoyable trip.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, strong wifi. Close to First Station with plenty of dining options. Quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located in Baka with cafes, shops, and bus lines nearby. Pleasant garden apartment with well-designed amenities and comfortable furnishings.

Spent my xmas at this hotel and enjoyed the complementary drinks and cookies. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping district. The views from the balcony were breathtaking.

The staff were uninterested and unhelpful. Our room was not cleaned properly and we found hair in the bathroom.
