The newly renovated Sergei Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the amicable staff made me feel welcomed. The peaceful courtyard provided a serene environment to relax in. The exterior look of the building was stunning and added to the overall charm. The location was perfect, with easy access to tour pick ups and great bars and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, it felt brand new. Additionally, the shower room was excellent, although it could benefit from an additional light source. While the TV in the room was small, it didn't diminish my enjoyment of the stay. The breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day, despite some minor issues with the quality of certain items. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. I highly recommend the Sergei Palace Hotel for a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Jerusalem. The location was perfect, with the old town just a short walk away and plenty of local attractions nearby. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Hanni who made us feel warm and welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed and looked like they had just been refurbished, with plush bedding and exquisite furnishings. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Additionally, it is not far from the bustling Machane Yehuda market, providing guests with a vibrant and authentic culinary experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy the peaceful courtyard in the middle of the hotel, offering a serene atmosphere away from the lively neighborhood.

Great location, easily accessible and close to major attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable. Complementary fridge and TV was a nice touch. the garden was charming and well-maintained, providing a peaceful place to unwind.

Bathroom was dusty and the cleaning staff neglected to vacuum the room. Breakfast was lackluster and pastries were already gone by 8:30am.
