We loved how close Hotel Jatay was to restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to bring anything we needed to our room. As young people, we appreciated the lively and funny staff, especially Adrian at the front desk. The restaurant and room service were amazing, with servers going the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced breakfast in the on-site restaurant, with attentive waiters.

We felt right at home and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

I loved this place! It was centrally located, so I could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The service was superb, and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the flat-screen TV was a great touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was delicious. I especially loved the in-room breakfast!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great location close to the ocean, very professional and polite staff, and complementary facts including a restaurant and room service that were amazing.

Sadly, pretty much everything else was quite bad. the staff, other than being polite, were extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Although there was a small issue with the toilet, the staff was quick to fix it and apologized. a pleasant stay. Will recommend.
