The room was fantastic, with a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed option and the spacious layout, perfect for our family. Free WiFi and streaming services kept everyone entertained.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit noisy, but others may not mind.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress, as it provides a meeting with up to 350 of my closest colleagues. The 24-hour business center was convenient for last-minute preparations, and the complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch. The dry cleaning/laundry services helped me maintain a professional appearance throughout my stay.

I missed having access to a dedicated conference room for private meetings and presentations during the congress.

The beachfront location of Springhill Suites made our stay absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful white sand and clear water right outside our door. The spacious suites were perfect for our family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to various restaurants, making it convenient for dining options.

Price was a bit steep, but considering the quality of the hotel and comparing it to other places in the area, it was worth it. The elevators were occasionally overcrowded and there were a few instances where one didn't open on our floor.

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is top notch—everyone was so nice and helpful. The whole place was impeccably cleaned and the staff was always out cleaning some more. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel a couple of times—the buffet was awesome, the sushi was delicious, the pizza was great after a full day of swimming, and the burgers/quesadillas/tacos/hot dogs from Latitude’s were great. Definitely indulge in a milkshake from Jelly’s. The pool is big, clean, and never felt crowded. We were able to get chairs and umbrellas every day. I loved the private beach access, which also never felt crowded.

On top of that, the morning breakfast was delicious - we particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and fresh fruit on offer.

The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast was a great convenience, allowing me to grab a quick bite before heading out to the beach.

Oh, and who needs comfortable beds anyway? Sleeping in a sinkhole was such a delightful surprise.
