Great Location, shielded from excess traffic noise, with a lovely forest trailhead nearby for walks.

Room was dated with cigarette smoke smell, ice bucket full of water, and expired snacks in vending machine. Grounds were unkempt, breakfast was disappointing, and pet fees were steep.

Our stay at Best Western in Pinetop was delightful. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating; they swiftly moved us to a room on the ground floor due to my husband's mobility issues. the beds were comfy, the room was clean and well-equipped, and parking was convenient. the A/C worked perfectly, making our stay very pleasant.

We found the hotel's cleanliness exceptionally high, and the staff was very friendly. the location was ideal for a few nights near many restaurants and to escape the summer heat of the Phoenix area. Additionally, the ease of walking amidst tall pines was perfect.
