Value for money was great, the room was impressive and the staff treated me like royalty. The location was optimal with plenty of nearby restaurants, nightlife, and attractions within walking distance. The service and friendliness of the staff made me feel like I was staying in a luxury hotel.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering freshly squeezed juices and more variety in terms of altering the chef's pre-cooked meals.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail of the stylish design was incredible. We were impressed by the magical atmosphere and felt like we were in a different world during our stay. The staff, including Ariella at the reception and Nikita, were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for interesting places to visit in the city. We also had a wonderful time at the pool, thanks to Farhad and Italia for their attention and care. Egor and Polina made us feel welcome in the restaurant and created a warm atmosphere.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, and the luxurious atmosphere is further enhanced by the lovely scent of jaffa diffusers. The small compliments on the table, such as fruits, cookies, and chocolates, are a delightful touch. The fantastic breakfasts and handcrafted juices, enjoyed on the terrace with classic music, make you never want to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The decor was stunning and created a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities, especially the game area in the lobby, were a standout feature. The loud noise at night from a nightclub within the building disturbed our sleep. We had to request a room change in the middle of the night, which was troublesome.

Upon arrival, we had informed the hotel in advance about my partner's birthday and requested a special surprise in the room. To our delight, they exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to create a memorable celebration. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a bottle of champagne. It truly made our stay extra special and we were grateful for the attention to detail.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The exclusive amenities were fantastic and services were up to the mark. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were some of the highlights of our stay. The swimming pool was also great and we enjoyed the sun loungers. The location was perfect, making it easy to access everything. The Restaurant had great food and the In-room breakfast was also fantastic.

The only minor issue was the lack of Sun terrace. It was a bit of disappointment to not have a private outdoor space.
