Stunning sea view from the room is unforgettable.

My experience was marred by several frustrating aspects. Additionally, the services offered were not up to expectations—despite being a luxury hotel, I found myself waiting far too long for food and drinks, and the internet was completely unreliable. To top it all off, my check-out request for an extra hour was met with a flat 'impossible,' leaving me feeling unwelcome and rushed to leave.

The rug in the room could use a refresh!!! The argument between staff upon arrival was unprofessional!!! The bathrooms felt cramped and dark!!! Minor maintenance issues persisted during my stay!!!

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast included fresh pastries and local favorites, a perfect start each day. Being close to the beach and the Jaffa Clock Tower made our mornings even better—such a quick stroll to explore!

Although our room was comfortable, it felt smaller than expected, even after the upgrade. There were times by the pool when it got a bit crowded, which made relaxing a challenge. A little more space between loungers would help with privacy!

Absolutely loved the view from our room – stunning sunsets over the water! The brekkie spread was just next level, with fresh pastries and an omelette station that hit the spot. Staff were so friendly, especially that chommie at reception who sorted us out with a few recommendations for dinner.

The spa could've been better with a bit more privacy in the changing areas.

staying at setai tel aviv was exceptional. despite being closed to tourists, they welcomed evacuees with incredible service and delicious food. the spa offered a serene atmosphere with unique couple's treatments that rejuvenated us. our premium plus room had a stunning sea view and a nice balcony that made our stay unforgettable.

I had an unforgettable stay. the stunning sunset views from our room were breathtaking, and the restaurant served amazing lamb chops! I encountered a bit of a taxi issue, but it was worth it. I would definitely return!

The staff, especially Alex, were incredibly accommodating, offering insightful conversations about local culture. However, the gym was disappointingly small, and Internet service could have been more reliable, as it interrupted my experience at times.

the staff were super friendly and took the time to give us tips about local culture they even booked a taxi for us at a fixed price which was awesome. breakfast was a solid spread with tasty fresh options and the location is just a few steps from the beach.
