We had a pleasant Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and offered beautiful views of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the up and coming Sirkin street area. This area had a vibrant art scene, shuk-style restaurants, and cool bars.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the hotel was difficult to find, and the neighborhood was not inviting or centrally located.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view. The location was convenient, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

We had an incredible stay at Tower Hotel - מלון מגדל חיפה. The room on the 18th floor provided us with a modern and stylish setting, complete with a comfortable bed and a great view of Haifa.
