This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms were perfect in every way - spacious, clean, and with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location on the gorgeous Chalk Sound is simply breathtaking. Plus, if you're into water sports, this hotel offers a variety of activities like kayaking and paddleboarding.

I recently stayed at a wonderful villa in TCI called Neptune Villas. The property exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurant on-site, Las Brisas, was outstanding with delicious food and breathtaking views. The staff, especially Lea and Adler, were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I can't wait to visit Neptune Villas again in the future.

Spacious and clean villas with fully stocked kitchens and private pools available. Onsite restaurant offers delicious food. Right across the street from Sapodilla beach and water activities on site. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Great value for the price.

The villas were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping even did our dishes! The location was great, away from the busy part of the island, and had beautiful views of the water. We also enjoyed the free use of kayaks and the small swing set and basketball hoop on the property.

The beach nearby, although it looked nice, was not the best. It was shallow and had a lot of stray dogs.

This hotel is a great value for money! The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, including a full cable TV and a comfortable king-sized bed. The staff was friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring we had a great stay. Plus, the location was in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay.

As a young family, we loved the spacious villas with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking our meals. The balcony with deck chairs and a hammock provided a relaxing spot to unwind with a great view. The attached restaurant, Las Brisas, offered delicious food and a magical view. The free kayaking tour and pool were great for entertainment. The proximity to Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Beach, two of the best beaches on the island, was a huge bonus. The owner Rachel and her staff were always helpful in suggesting activities.

We felt incredibly welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this resort is spot-on. It's close to the Salt Mills shopping area and Grace Bay for those who want to venture out, but also just steps away from the beautiful and serene Sopadilla Beach. You'll find all you need and more at the BBQ deck and the swimming pool, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The sound of builders still working on the property might be disturbing for some during the day, whereas one guest complained about not being warned that the pool was unavailable due to construction activities.

The complementary cooler in the room and the kayaks were great amenities. , being just steps away from the beach was a plus. The view from the villa was breathtaking and worth waking up early to watch the sunrise.

The location felt very remote and isolated. Only one restaurant was nearby and it was quite expensive.

Our villa at Neptune Villas was newly renovated with tasteful finishes and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The view of the Chalk Sound was spectacular, and kayaking was a plus. Although the area is isolated, Taylor Bay beach was great and not crowded. I'd recommend this hotel.
