The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key attractions just a short walk away. Getting around and exploring the city was a breeze. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with printing tickets and providing toiletries when requested.

One drawback was that it was a bit confusing to find the check-in area upon arrival, especially if you are tired after a long journey. The hotel could improve signage to guide guests in the right direction.

Fresh pastries and fruits are delivered to the room each morning, and the breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, the hotel is located near good restaurants that offer reasonably priced meals.

The only small drawback is that the door into the inner courtyard can be noisy when closed, which may disturb guests in the morning.

The proximity to the railway and metro stations was incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice quality linen and pillows. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning, with fresh bread and cakes, was a delightful start to the day. The friendly and professional staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was clean and well presented, with complementary extras that were a nice touch. The location was great, close to all the main attractions. Plus, we were able to come and go as we pleased.

We had no contact with anyone after check-in, and the apartment was difficult to access due to multiple locked doors. There was no hotel service and no one around for information.
