We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful old building now a hotel. the Eurostars Los Agustinos in Haro has been carefully restored and is very well maintained. Our room was huge and lovely, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a separate entrance way to leave extra luggage. the location was excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the center of town. We took advantage of the available car parking for an extra charge and found the valet service to be convenient. the woman at the bar was lovely and served us delicious Muga Rioja and charcuterie at a reasonable price.

Spending Christmas at this charming hotel was simply delightful! the beds were incredibly comfy and we loved waking up to the brilliant breakfast spread, complete with Prosecco. the hotel's location was perfect - we were able to easily walk to all the wineries nearby and enjoy tastings without worrying about driving. the private parking was a great perk and the staff even helped us park our car!

There were a few issues during our stay that were unfortunate. First off, the lack of English news channels on TV was a bit disappointing.

We had a fabulous stay at a hotel in the center of the Rioja region. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The beautiful, spacious room and friendly staff enhanced our experience. Despite a minor drawback of no coffee-tea maker, we highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this unique hotel, which used to be a 13th-century convent, a military barracks, and even a jail. The character of the building was fascinating. The location was perfect, with plenty of bodegas within easy walking distance for wine tastings. The central plaza and restaurants were just a short walk away, making it convenient for us and our young family. The staff was friendly and professional, and despite our limited Spanish, we had no problem communicating and figuring everything out. The courtyard gave the hotel a historical feel and provided a beautiful space to relax.

The staff also provided tours and ticket assistance, which was very helpful for planning my activities. In terms of room amenities, everything I needed was provided. The heating and air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. I especially enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and take in the beautiful views. the staff and facilities made my stay here very enjoyable.

I must say, I was a bit disappointed when the staff ignored my request for the baggage to be collected. However, despite this small issue, I would still highly recommend this place to others.
