The location was perfect, close to everything but still private and quiet. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the check-in experience was smooth, with a helpful staff member pointing out highlights on a map.

The room had an unusual bathroom configuration and the high ceiling helped make the room feel bigger. The cleanliness was not up to par, with stained walls and a smelly rug on the floor.

the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the grand canal. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities. the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was spacious. We also appreciated the close proximity to a self-service laundry and a Vodafone shop where we could purchase a SIM card for internet access. it was a brilliant experience and well worth the price.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had decent-sized rooms and the breakfast was reasonable. the location was also convenient for accessing the train station and ferry port. the two complementary facts were an iron and a hairdryer available in the room, which saved us space in our luggage.

The service was extremely unhelpful, and the receptionists were rude and dismissive. the hotel courtyard was a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and despite opening the windows due to broken air conditioning, we were repeatedly bitten.
