There was a drain smell in one of the downstairs rooms and a ceiling panel fell off in the bathroom during a guest's stay.

We had a great week here! The staff, the hotel, and the food were all faultless. We couldn't have asked for better treatment, we felt like royalty. The location was superb, right next to a beautiful, sandy beach with warm, clean aquamarine sea. The hotel itself was excellent, with great views and a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptional, professional, and courteous, going above and beyond. We especially want to thank Sebastian for organizing a doctor's appointment for us on the same day. the service, amenities, and leisure facilities in this hotel were superb.

The hotel is located across the road from a beautiful sandy beach. It was so convenient to have the beach just a few steps away. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop terrace with the plunge pool was a great addition. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax while enjoying the stunning views over the bay.

The room size was a bit disappointing. It felt a bit cramped and there wasn't much storage space for our belongings.

Staying at this hotel was perfect. The location was transformed from its old style, leading to a lovely raised veranda that was even more inviting to just sit and chill while watching the world go by with a drink from the new outside bar. It was not too far away from town, but far enough to not be bothered by any noise. Plus, it was right onto a spotless beach and around a 10-minute walk to the center of the restaurant area and the bar area. The service provided by the staff was superb, especially thanks to Christina and her team. They were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was excellent, clean, and well-appointed, with all necessary amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on an awesome beach with stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the manager who went above and beyond to ensure we had a room with a balcony. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. this place provided everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was very small, barely enough space to move around. the bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise with every movement.

The recently refurbished property felt brand new and was absolutely gorgeous. It is conveniently located right across the street from the beach and a short walk from the center of town. the sea view room we booked was amazing, especially for enjoying the balcony in the morning and evening. the staff provided fantastic customer service and were always smiling and happy to help. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the view of the sea made it even more enjoyable. We also took advantage of the bike rentals and boat trip recommendations, which made our stay even more memorable. We are already planning to return in September because we loved it so much!
