I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. Secondly, the location was perfect for me, as it was situated on the edge of the beautiful mountains. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot chocolate provided was simply divine. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of choices, including both traditional Italian and English options, catering to everyone's tastes.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

My stay during New Year's was pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing. The staff was helpful and allowed me to choose my breakfast of choice, which was a plus. The rooms had a fresh smell, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel had some shortcomings. The breakfast service was slow, and vegetarians might have to wait longer to get their breakfast of choice. The hotel's air conditioning was not user-friendly and the dining experience was not up to par.
