The reception staff at San Lorenzo Thermal Spa were incredibly helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to assist with any queries and even arranged a scooter rental for us, which was dropped off and picked up at the hotel. the shuttle service to Lacco Ameno was convenient, especially for those who didn't want to walk down the stairs. the hotel had multiple pools, including thermal and sea water pools, with stunning views. They also had live singers performing in the bar area three times a night. Our room was spacious, with a small fridge and very cold air conditioning. the balcony had a nice view, although the metal chairs were a bit uncomfortable. the buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruit, cereal, cakes, croissants, ham. the hotel's proximity to the bus stop and ease of walking to Negomba thermal spa were also a plus.

The San Montano beach is also within close proximity, providing a wonderful spot to relax and soak up the sun. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The outdoor heated swimming pool is a definite bonus, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing swim even in the cooler months.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered gluten-free options for breakfast. It was great to see that they took special dietary needs into consideration and provided a wide variety of products to choose from.

They were quite small and in need of major renovations. It felt like the hotel was not up to par with its advertised 4-star rating.

The hotel is conveniently close to the best thermal water parks on the island, providing easy access to the rejuvenating benefits of the thermal waters. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle service, making it even more convenient to visit these amazing attractions. And if you want to relax by the sea, the beach is just a short walk away.

Excellent location - 10 min walk to the beach and close to the village and port. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Beautiful views and nice swimming pools. Buses stop right outside the entrance. Very good breakfast and dinner options.

The hotel had a fantastic view and great facilities, such as the thermal pools. the staff was also very helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, as it was within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the shower wasn't the most comfortable and it could get a bit noisy at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel San Lorenzo. The location was perfect, with easy access to two nearby towns. The staff, especially Camillo and Silvestro, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of pools, six in total, were a great feature, with different sizes and temperatures to choose from. Our room had a lovely view of both the pool and the mountain, and the small balcony was perfect for drying off after a swim. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
