The location of this B&B is fantastic, right next to a metro station and close to many attractions. You can easily walk to places such as the Spanish Steps and enjoy the convenience of exploring the city. The nearby shopping area and restaurants provide plenty of options for entertainment and dining.

The walls in some of the rooms might be a bit thin, which could potentially result in noise disturbance if you have loud neighbors.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B near the famous Spanish Steps and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better, with the Metro station just a block away and many attractions within walking distance. The B&B itself was immaculate and secure, with beautifully appointed rooms featuring lovely woodwork and comfortable beds. Each room had its own private bathroom, which were spotlessly clean. I also appreciated that all the rooms had air conditioning. Throughout my stay, Giancarlo, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even tried to get last-minute tickets to a popular museum for me. Additionally, he arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport in the early morning, ensuring I was charged the correct amount. It truly felt like staying with family, with Giancarlo always ready to help and make my stay memorable. The breakfasts were enjoyable, with delicious cappuccinos and Giancarlo's company. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was free WiFi and a computer available for guests to use. I highly recommend this B&B near the Spanish Steps for its perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality from Giancarlo.

Great location, just a few steps from famous attractions, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We also appreciated that the room came with a mini-fridge and fast Wi-Fi.

The room was not well maintained, with stains on the carpet and walls. the bedding and towels also had a weird smell and the shower lacked water pressure.
