The receptionist was amazingly helpful and polite. The room was jaw-dropping, beautifully designed and original. The availability of a kettle for tea and coffee was super convenient. Snacks in the room upon check-in was an awesome surprise. The location was fair with just a 10-minute walk to the center.

I had a wonderful stay at Turquaz Cave and felt like I was truly experiencing the cave room experience. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The restaurant area offered a great space to watch the balloons fly by during breakfast. The front desk staff were always helpful and attentive to any needs I had. Additionally, the hotel was located in a relatively quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

stayed in goreme before but turquaz cave was a pleasant surprise. mustafa and his charming hotel exceeded expectations with helpfulness, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. airport shuttle, balloon flight, and day tour pick up and drop off at the door. great value for the money.

My stay at Turquaz Cave was absolutely wonderful. The cave room I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of town and all the attractions Cappadocia has to offer. Plus, the breakfasts on the terrace with the view of hot air balloons were simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and charming experience in Cappadocia!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled in a real cave unlike other hotels we went to. It is just minutes away from the main city center, allowing easy access to the main streets and attractions. The rooms are clean and cozy, with fair sized showers and comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing tips and support for exploring the area. The breakfast is excellent, served with a breathtaking view from the terrace.

The internet in the room doesn't work properly, making it difficult to stay connected.

I recently stayed at Turquaz Cave in Goreme for a week, and it was fantastic! The spacious room had a fridge, tea set, and a stylish couch. The big hot shower and comfy bed were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a decent variety and the view was amazing. The staff, especially Yasar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, great location, and excellent service.

the rooms, located within the caves, have a unique and authentic feel. Opening the windows provides a cool breeze, eliminating the need for air conditioning. the breakfast buffet, served on the rooftop, offers a nice selection. the hotel also has a great price value compared to others in the area. the manager and owner were incredibly hospitable, providing information about the surrounding attractions and offering hot apple tea. the panoramic view from the rooftop is breathtaking, especially during sunrise when you can watch the hot air balloons float by. my experience at this hotel was lovely, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere.

The lack of AC in the room made it a little hot and humid in the summer. However, when we requested a fan, it helped to cool down the room.

The terrace had an amazing view, perfect for sipping my champagne. The ancient natural stone restoration was great, took me back to the 4th generation. And the free babysitting? I mean, who doesn't love a break from the little devils?

Oh, and let's not forget the complimentary concierge service. I really hate it when someone helps me plan my trips and make my life easier.
