The check-in process is confusing!!! It would be better to improve the clarity of room descriptions rather than risking disappointment. The Wi-Fi is poor in certain areas, which needs addressing!!! Inconsistent room conditions might also frustrate guests!!!

For a warmer drink, request a kettle at the front desk as rooms lack coffee-making facilities. Stock up on tea or coffee at a nearby supermarket.

Oh, the home-made desserts! They were the highlight! Plus, the staff’s eagerness to help while sharing local insights made each day feel special.

On the flip side, the beds were a bit too springy for my liking, making a cozy sleep more of a challenge. Also, without a coffee maker in the room, I was on a daily adventure for my morning brew!

Super close to St Mark's Square, which was fantastic for exploring. The shower was a bit cramped, though. Walking tours nearby were a great way to see the sights!

i was so excited to stay at this hotel but was sorely disappointed. the room was tiny, and forget about space for luggage. also, no kettle—doesn't anyone appreciate tea after a long day? i almost considered giving a good review, but where's my complimentary welcome gift? apparently, that’s too much to ask for. ridiculous.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a cozy time enjoying the little treats left in our room for a special occasion. The hotel had a nice lounge and a game room to unwind in after a day of exploring. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn't put a damper on our fun! Pro tip, ask for a kettle at the front desk for your morning tea. 😊

I stayed in the Classic Triple Room, and it was quite comfy. The decor was charming and had that old-school vibe, which I loved. The bed was cozy, but the bathroom was a tight squeeze. They really nailed cleanliness, and everything worked perfectly. I also appreciated that they offered a kettle when I asked, which was a nice touch considering there was no coffee maker. Just a heads up, though, the breakfast wait times can be a bit frustrating. Still, I’d definitely go back for the atmosphere and location!

We stayed for my bday and loved it! Super close to St Mark's Square, like a 2-min walk. The staff was really sweet, even left us a little gift! Room was cozy, but the bathrooms are tiny. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle with the wait time, but at least there’s a cute snack bar nearby if you’re hungry!
