The bed was mind-blowing! Housekeeping was super, loved the coffee pods and biscuits each day. The small fridge in the room was a jaw-dropping touch. No key required, just a good memory or a photo of the code to enter. Fantastic central location with nearby shops and restaurants. Very close to a major station and hop on hop off bus stop. The room was clean, had free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a good AC. The room was beautifully decorated, classy, with blackout curtains and a separate luggage storage room. The hotel overlooked a beautiful park, newly refurbished, with a great bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to transport and eateries.

I did experience some noise from the nearby tube, but it wasn't a major issue for me. Additionally, the room size was small, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

There were plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby Hyde Park. the rooms were newly refurbished and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a small fridge and AC unit. Almost perfect! Just a minor issue

The staff were always there, ready to provide information at the reception. I felt like a VIP with all the check-in details and follow-up from management. And the free WiFi was a nice touch, even though I spent most of my time in the beautiful Norfolk square.

Who needs breakfast when you can listen to the rumble of the subway every 5 minutes? It's like having your own personal alarm clock!
