the location is fantastic. absolutely close to major attractions and charming eateries. the room was spacious and elegant, with a stunning marble bathroom. housekeeping was attentive and thorough, making our stay pleasant. federica, the staff member we met, was incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations!

the elevator barely fits luggage, navigating the many stairs is quite a challenge!!! It's tough if you're carrying anything heavy, and poor access to some floors is frustrating!!!

i had a great time enjoying the central spot which made it super easy to walk to the roman forum and the colosseum, both just about a 20-minute stroll away. I loved the cozy room that gave me a comfy retreat after a day of exploring. the staff was also incredibly helpful, keeping everything ready for my weekend adventures.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how cozy the Deluxe Triple Room was and the great communication with Federica, who provided awesome local tips. There’s a nice leisure area to relax. Some comfy seating in the lobby to unwind after a day out. The elevator is a bit tight if you're bringing a stroller, but honestly, it was nothing that dampened my experience. just a heads-up for families! 😊
