There were several negative aspects of my stay. the TV in the room had issues, with half the channels not working or having no sound.

During my recent stay at the Best Western in Hornell, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered and that I had a comfortable stay. The front desk personnel were well-dressed and polite, making me feel welcomed.

Although there was only one entrance and exit for the parking area, I found it to be completely manageable, even for pickup trucks. It may be a slight inconvenience, but overall, it did not impact the quality of my stay.
