During my recent stay at Best Western, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally handed over incorrect currency in the bar and the bartender corrected me kindly without taking advantage. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a decent variety even with tinned fruit. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in central Zagreb and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We found this hotel to be a great option for our trip. Its location in the city center was very convenient and allowed us to easily access the train station and many restaurants. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen tv. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and soundproofed rooms which ensured a good night's sleep.

We did have a minor issue with the service in the restaurant, as one of the young male waiters seemed inexperienced. However, this was a small blip in an otherwise great experience.

This hotel is in a great central area, near the railway station but not too far from the City Center. The rooms are in very good condition with a comfortable bed and big washroom. Additionally, the breakfast has many great options, including some traditional Croatian food.

Great location and convenient parking. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Having parking available is a big plus, especially in a busy city like Zagreb.

The room size was a bit small. the single room felt cramped and there was limited space to move around, especially in the shower.
