incredible room awkwardness wasted my time. no plug sockets by the bed. breakfast barely exceeded 'edible', with no plain croissants, what an oversight! as a regular guest, a complimentary upgrade would have been the least they could do. i almost left a stellar review, but definitively couldn't after this experience.

the parking situation, absolutely ridiculous! I was misled into believing there was ample space, only to find a public garage instead. the room's RFID barely worked and that AC was luod! I expected a complimentary gesture for this tragedy—a room upgrade or something, but nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, alas!

Additionally, my room was stifling hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature. It felt like I was in a sauna, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
