I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the lake and mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. They even surprised me and my wife, who are honeymooners, with a free welcoming dessert and flowers. The staff provided us with great recommendations on where to go, where to eat, and what to do in the area. The location was also convenient, with Loganno only 18 minutes away and Como just an hour away. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the spa was a great place to relax. Special thanks to Mr. Marco for his amazing service and to the rest of the team.

During our romantic escape, we were blown away by the stunning scenery and spectacular views from our suite. The breakfast served in the room was delicious and we enjoyed having a leisurely morning while taking in the stunning surroundings. the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. We appreciated the privacy and peacefulness of the location.

One issue we encountered was the lack of an iron in our room. While the staff was able to quickly accommodate us and iron our clothing, it would have been convenient to have an iron in our room.

This hotel is truly luxurious, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The service was exceptional, making us feel special and valued. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, where we spoiled ourselves with body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi offered a relaxing escape. The sun terrace overlooking the beautiful garden area was a delight. The restaurant and bar provided in-room breakfast, and private facilities here and there made our stay even more comfortable.

We only had one minor issue, and that was related to the outdoor swimming pool. The pool with a view was breathtaking, but we noticed a few missing sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
