We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always with a smile and super helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the main bus terminal in Taormina and close to the city center. The hotel facilities are great, with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely views. The breakfast had a small variety but was good, and the staff even gave us breakfast on our arrival day when we arrived early in the morning.

There was nothing we didn't like.

our recent stay in taormina was amazing, and our experience at aristion and palazzo santa caterina only made it better. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views and a beautiful outside environment. the breakfast included in our room price was fantastic and definitely value for money. we loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Over Easter, I had an amazing time at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. On arrival, we received a warm welcome package of fruit and champagne. The hotel was situated in an ideal location with breathtaking views and exceptional service. The meals were delicious, and with the all-inclusive package, we could choose anything from the menu. wine, soft drinks, and beer were included during the day, and in the evenings after 6 pm, we indulged in cocktails and spirits.

Although the hotel was fantastic, the furnishings were a little outdated, and the carpets in some areas needed replacing. there were many steps, and it was quite a steep walk to get to the hotel.

The location was amazing, with stunning views and close proximity to the city center. The hotel had comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool area, and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot breakfast. The hotel was also conveniently located near transportation options like the EtnaExpress bus and the hop-on hop-off bus.
