the room was immaculate with a balcony offering views of the beach and ocean. the staff were polite and helpful. the location was central, with valet parking and easy access to activities. the room amenities included everything needed for a comfortable stay. the pool and outdoor area were lovely, and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

As an eco-conscious traveler and avid surfer, I was disappointed with my recent stay at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. Despite a convenient location, the outdated facilities and lack of in-room amenities like Netflix and coffee machine fell short of the usual Sofitel standards. Staff were friendly but service was lacking.

Convenient location, close to shops, beach, Convention Centre, helpful and polite staff, clean room.

The hotel's lobby was beautifully decorated with elegant furniture and soft lighting, making it a cozy spot to relax. the wide hallways and spacious rooms were easy to navigate, perfect for us senior folks. the hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions, ideal for those looking for a hassle-free stay.

Would ask for more assistance from the children working there.

The sumptuous signature bed was a dreamy escape after a day of exploring. It felt like sinking into a cloud, with pillows fit for royalty. I slept like a baby, waking up refreshed and ready for another day of adventure.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms with balconies. Special attention for celebrations, they provide balloons and a chocolate plate. Helpful staff, particularly Jade who assisted with a bond payment issue, showing flexibility and excellent service.

clean rooms with amazing views and nearby shopping. staff were very polite and helpful. loved the French touch to the service. the comfy beds were a dream after a tiring trip. location was ideal for conferences - dining, and tram access.

The service at this hotel was great, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. the food served at the hotel's restaurants was also excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. the atmosphere at the hotel was lovely and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The wifi was not included in the rate, which was a bit disappointing. the downstairs bar and restaurant had overpriced and bland food.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The foyer is beautifully decorated, and everything smells great. The view from the hotel balcony is amazing.

We felt really welcomed, no complaints.
