The atmosphere at the hotel was lovely and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The wifi was not included in the rate, which was a bit disappointing. the downstairs bar and restaurant had overpriced and bland food.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations in many aspects. The exclusive amenities such as the spa and outdoor swimming pool provided an unbeatable experience. The sun terrace offered wonderful views of the city. The room had comfortable bedding and impressive in-room breakfast service.

Sadly, the only minor issue was the bar area, which felt too formal and lacked a cozy atmosphere. Despite this, the rest of the hotel facilities and services were exceptional and made for a fantastic stay.

I had a little mixup with my suitcase being delivered to my room due to a room change, but the staff quickly resolved the issue after I called reception. The breakfast facilities were great, and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was perfect for the reunion I was attending, and the easy access to the Gold Coast Tramline made it convenient for all my outings. The parking facilities for my hire car were also excellent. I also appreciated the little touch of French in the service.

I had a good stay at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews such as some issues with the front desk and the early closure of the bar, these didn't affect my overall experience.
