What a lekker spot! The brekkie was way better than I thought—those roasted tomatoes were out of this world! It’s a quiet pocket away from the hustle, but still close to everything. Staff were super friendly, seemed like they actually wanted to help, you know?

Just a bit of a redecorating could do the place good, seemed a touch tired in some corners.

the air conditioning directed at my bed felt like a freezer, truly torturous. And to compound my misery, I was placed in a room with a really loud couple stomping around above me all night. I certainly expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, instead I woudl ve been better off camping outside, regretfully!

Canny spot, that! Just a stone's throw from the Duomo and the train station, perfect for exploring Florence. The breakfast was proper lush, with loads of choices. Only downside was the shower being a bit tiny. Still, I'd come back, howay!

Location about 10 minutes to station. Very friendly and helpful staff! Lots of sitting areas in foyer and terrace. Breakfast was great with tons of options. Rooms were clean and comfy!

Air conditioning issues can really put a damper on your stay!!! Poor sound insulation made it hard to enjoy any quiet time!!! It could definitely use a modern touch in decoration!!!

Had a fantastic experience at this charming place the staff really made you feel special. I was helped by a guy named James from the start and then a really nice woman during breakfast who treated me like royalty, it was unbelievable.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly worth the price for the quality.

This place was a gem! Super central, everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was delightful, especially the in-room coffee service! Staff were really great, helped me with all my questions and had a warm vibe. I did notice that the shower was kinda cramped, but it didn’t wreck my stay.

The room was spacious with a unique blend of modern and traditional vibes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions, and I loved the incredible terrace access.

the central location makes it easy to explore local sights. and the staff was attentive, offering fantastic dining suggestions. the room was recently updated, spacious, and offered a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. enjoyed the tasty breakfast selections, especially the sweet watermelon and fresh pastries.
