This place suits me perfectly with amenities like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, laundry, and free internet access. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with a late departure. I’m always coming back for a holiday!

Delicious breakfast, but very limited selection.

The entrance can be quite confusing, especially with shuttle vans taking up multiple parking spaces.

The staff were super friendly, but the gym was a bit of a letdown with broken treadmills. Breakfast was sweet as!

i was shocked to find no water supply for a day, and breakfast items were already gone when we arrived at 9am. the reception staff woudl ve been more pleasant, if they wasn’t too busy laughing among themselves. after enduring all this, surely a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but i guess my expectations were too high!

The staff were super friendly and treated us like fam, chatting while we enjoyed brekkie. The gym had enough weights for a good sesh and the nearby mall was just a stone's throw away for some lekker shopping!

Just felt the dining area could do with a bit of an upgrade, but it was still fine for brekkies.

My experience at Homewood Suites was frustrating from the start. The reception staff was unfriendly, and requesting basic items like towels took far too long. I had to call multiple times for a simple luggage cart that was just sitting there. The cleanliness also left much to be desired.

The spacious suite with a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for our family. However, the limited housekeeping service and noise from the AC detracted from our overall comfort during the stay.

The breakfast was good. The staff were always friendly, especially those onver friendly housekeepers when we walked by. The location was perfect for what we were in town for, just a short stroll to the mall and few great restaurants around!

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, some days the room was neat, other days just the bed was made.

Our stay was a mixed bag. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and made our stay way better. It was nice to see them every day, always smiling. The picnic area was a cute spot for snacks, but the front desk service could've been way better. At times, it felt like no one was around to help out, which was frustrating.

Great daily snacks on the 4th floor and happy hour Monday-Thursday. Spacious and clean room with a kitchenette was perfect for our needs.

Felt to be welcomed, nothing too much trouble.
