What a canny spot this is! The room was dead big with a lovely balcony, and the staff were friendly as anything. Breakfast was dead tasty too. Only downside? The lift's a bit quirky needing 10 cents! But the location’s spot on for exploring.

The high ceilings and beautiful artwork made the room feel special, and the breakfast provided a delightful start to the day. Plus, the location made it easy to explore local eateries and attractions.

However, noise from the Galleria could be quite disruptive at night, and the quirky elevator system requiring a 10-cent coin was a bit annoying. It's something to keep in mind!

The location is fantastic within a charming, historic gallery. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, recommending wonderful local eateries. The décor is stunning with lovely antiques. Just be prepared for some nightlife noise and occasional cleanliness inconsistencies. A kettle in the room for tea is a delightful touch! Definitely worth the stay!

The location is lively and vibrant, right inside a historical gallery. The staff was amazing, always going the extra mile and even helped us navigate to nearby restaurants without feeling lost. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed breakfast each morning admiring the glass roof of the Galleria.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

Great location near shopping. The room had air conditioning and a jacuzzi. Beware of noise.

i loved staying at art resort galleria umberto. the rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, and the location on galleria umberto i was unbeatable, almost like galleria vittorio emanuele ii in milan! the staff was super friendly, making us feel at home right away. perfect for families, with plenty of shops just outside our door.

The staff arranged transfers smoothly and provided water and snacks. The tiny elevator needs coins.

the elevator was quirky and needed a coin, but the location was simply perfect, right off the bustling toledo street! the room had high ceilings and beautiful artwork which made everything feel so special. breakfast was really something to look forward to each morning!

The location is fantastic, just in front of San Carlo Opera House and Piazza del Plebiscito. The breakfast was superb and the staff were really professional and accommodating.

Cannot find any fault.

This place was just an excellent fit for a transient stop in Naples with decent value for money. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when we needed assistance finding local attractions. If you need to use the elevator, keep some coins handy but it adds to the charm!
