The noise from the surrounding area, including the Galleria and nearby streets, could be quite disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, the elevator system requiring 10 cent coins was inconvenient as it was difficult to obtain these coins.

We loved the hotel's pet-friendly policy! As bike riders, we appreciated the central location and proximity to attractions, metro, and the beach. The staff, especially Ms. Margarita in the pantry, provided excellent service. The room was spacious with a bathtub and had beautiful artwork. The free WiFi, aperitivo upon arrival, and stocked minibar were great perks. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the views of the mall's architecture were amazing. The hotel also offered free luggage storage after check-out.
