We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and were impressed by the beautiful facilities and spacious room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury. Throughout our stay, Gustavo went above and beyond to accommodate any changes in our plans and provided excellent communication. We also enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people in the friendly environment. When we return to this destination, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was well-kept and had modern fixtures. the rooftop pool was a cool place to relax after a long day. Plus, the staff member Gustavo was friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was stressful, and some days we didn't have hot water or maid service. We also didn't like the lack of variety in activities and themes offered at the hotel.
