The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even upgraded my room and left a bottle of wine for my birthday! The quality of the fittings and linen in the room were top-notch, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and inviting, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door.

The only downside of my stay was the mediocrity of the food in the restaurant. It was a bit disappointing considering everything else about the hotel was so wonderful.

This hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. The attentive service was top-notch, catering to all your exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and more. The treatments were true to their details with a spa lounge and massage rooms. The sun terrace overlooked stunning views with sun loungers offering a perfect spot to unwind. The restaurant provided delicious food presented nicely with a varied breakfast, bar/lounge area, and special diet menus.

There was only one minor issue we encountered during our stay. The snack bar only offered limited options and the packed lunches could have been better.

We had a truly relaxing and rejuvenating stay at this charming hotel. The rooms were beautifully updated and the views of the surrounding alpine houses were postcard-worthy. The spa and pool facilities were amazing, and the hotel's knowledge of hiking trails was impressive. The breakfast spread was decadent and the restaurant served excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful getaway.

This hotel in the Mont Blanc area is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the Monte Bianco tram and the Skyway gondola. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings and found several nearby restaurants that we loved. The rooms were comfortable and had amazing views of the Mont Blanc. The staff was helpful and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of food, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The spa and pool were also a nice bonus.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the lift and the spa facilities were clean. The shuttle service was convenient and the breakfast was good.

The room was small and cramped, and the decor felt old-fashioned. The dinner was overpriced and the staff seemed a bit aloof.
