The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities like a gym and lovely pool areas. The WiFi was also top-notch, and whenever I needed assistance, the staff were prompt and helpful. Additionally, the room I booked was spacious and had a great view of the city. It was well-furnished and practical, with amenities like an ironing board, iron, and a bar fridge. I also want to give a special mention to concierge Abdul Satar, who was very helpful in organizing tours and recommending food places.

The breakfast and gym were top-notch and really set the tone for the day. the location was perfect for exploring the city and getting to all the hot spots quickly. the complementary wine and cheese in the lobby were a nice touch and a pleasant surprise.

The room was quite outdated and in need of some serious renovations. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom fixtures were rusted and grimy.

The staff at Radisson Blu were incredibly helpful and prompt in their assistance. We had a small issue with our room, but they quickly resolved it and ensured our comfort. The room itself was spacious, well-furnished, and had a lovely view of the city. In addition, the hotel provided amenities such as an ironing board, iron, and bar fridge, making our stay even more convenient. The WiFi was also unlimited, allowing us to stay connected throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
