the air conditioning was weak and took too long to cool the room!!! A power outlet near the bed would have been handy!!! The cleaning trolley was constantly left on the floor we stayed at!!!

i was utterly disappointed to find no hot water two evenings in a row. the breakfast was also a complete mess with no real options, just weird salads and desserts. i expected a room upgrade to compensate for these inconveniences, but clearly, my expectations were way too high for this mediocre place. just couldn’t give them a good review.

The noise outside my room was unbearable at night. I called the reception multiple times to address it, but they took forever to respond. Additionally, the room was left open after cleaning, which felt unsafe and unprofessional.

Loved how close this place is to Termini Station! Super comfy room. They had a nice breakfast lounge to grab coffee before heading out. The portable GPS they provided made getting around a breeze. Just wished the Wi-Fi was a bit faster. Overall, a fab stay for exploring Rome!
