We had a great stay at this place! The location was very convenient, right off the highway, making it easy for us to travel around. The service was excellent, with friendly staff available at the desk late into the night. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the sitting area was comfortable. The bed was cozy and they even provided rollaway beds for extra guests. We appreciated the hair dryer and the free toiletries in the bathroom. The refrigerator and kitchenette were also a nice touch. The television had a flat-screen and there was an am/fm alarm clock. The carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area were great places to relax and grab a drink or a snack. The staff was always attentive and they had a manager available when we asked to speak with one. The leisure indoor swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially since it was heated. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park made parking hassle-free. The 24-hour reception was a convenient feature, and the fitness center was well-equipped. this place has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wallingford. The value for money was unbeatable, with spotless rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was convenient, especially for our Christmas party. We felt like royalty with the king-size bed. It was a perfect stay overall!

The only thing that could have been improved was the morning meal. It would have been great if there were more options or variations in the breakfast menu.

The hotel was beautiful inside with a variety of seating arrangements in the lobby and a cozy fireplace. the room was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. One of the highlights was the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, close to major highways and a charming downtown area.

There were some issues with the hotel's customer service. When trying to cancel my reservation, I had difficulty getting in touch with the manager and received a condescending response when I finally did speak with her.

I appreciated that they honored my request for a room on the top floor away from the elevator. The hotel itself was well maintained both indoors and outdoors. The pool area was nice and the parking lot was easy to navigate. The staff was pleasant and allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help for my travels. I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn and would recommend it.

The hotel had complimentary breakfast and an evening reception which was a nice perk. the location was convenient, close to a major highway and a downtown area. It also had free parking which was a great bonus.
