During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The private bathroom was a definite plus, as well as the availability of towels and toiletries. The location is great, with two metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The area is quiet and peaceful. The owners were extremely helpful, providing us with a list of local restaurants and bars, along with a map and directions. The staff, especially Max, went above and beyond to accommodate us, even waiting for us despite our delayed flight. We couldn't ask for better service!

The walls were too thin, could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. there was no available washing machine, which made it hard to do laundry during the stay.
