The staff at Al Rawda Royal Inn in Medina was exceptional, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist. the proximity to Masjid an Nabawi was unbeatable, making it extremely convenient for prayer. the room was clean and well-equipped. the reception staff was welcoming and accommodating, offering a free late check-out which was greatly appreciated. the location, just 30 seconds from the Haram, was ideal for families, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the room size was smaller than expected for a triple room, and the breakfast choices were limited in taste. the WIFI signal was inconsistent despite multiple complaints. On the bright side, the surrounding area offered various dining options up to 2 AM and there were interesting landmarks nearby like the Saqifah Bani Saidah and Madina Media Museum which added value to our stay. the hotel's relaxed facilities and nearby landmarks enhanced our family bonding experience, making it a memorable stay overall.

The location was so close to Haram, just a skip away. Perfect for a family with the ladies' entrance nearby. Also, having shopping spots around made it easy to drop off bags and rest. Plus, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making our Christmas stay memorable.

The rooms had outdated decor and most electric sockets didn't work. the lighting switch system was a puzzle, and the room lacked proper lighting.
