Excellent staff, Massimo and Ettore, provided great assistance with a medical translation. Conveniently located near Teatro Massimo and shopping areas. Clean and comfortable rooms with fun light features. Delicious breakfast with various options. Great find, highly recommended.

What an amazing weekend! The location couldn't be better: walking distance to many bars and restaurants, and very close to the airport bus stop. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was just wonderful: a wide range of options that tasted marvelous. One staff member, in particular, was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome.

The price was a bit expensive for what it was. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were some bugs in it. Lastly, there was no soap, only shampoo, which was a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, overall it was a very nice stay.

Our recent stay at Maxim was fantastic. We were impressed with the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The daily cleaning service ensured our room was spotless. The breakfast area was charming and offered a variety of fresh fruits and delicious muffins. We were pleasantly surprised that they allowed pets, which was a big plus for us. The hotel had all the perks of a larger establishment but still had a cozy boutique feel. The helpful and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Maxim for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Palermo.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Palermo. The location was very central and allowed us to easily explore the city and even venture further away. It was ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful in suggesting what we should see and do, along with their personal recommendations for places to eat and drink. The rooms were perfectly OK with comfortable beds, and although there was some traffic noise from the street below, it didn't bother us too much. The breakfast was extraordinary with a variety of fruits, cakes, pastries, yogurts, and juices. The breakfast area was a nice space and the staff, particularly Maria Grazia and her colleagues, were lovely, helpful, and friendly.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.
