I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is perfect, just a block from the train station, so I didn't have to lug my suitcase over any bridges. They even kept my suitcase for me when I arrived early and after check out, which was a big plus. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were courteous. I also loved that the main waterbus station was nearby, making it easy to explore different points within the city.

The location is perfect, not too far from the train station. Nearby convenient store. Room upgrade for Genius member. Staff is polite and helpful. Pleasant decor and good quality towels. Close to Santa Lucia station with easy access to St. Marco Square and the airport. No need to carry luggage over bridges. They offer luggage storage. Spacious rooms and great accessibility by foot and vaporetto.

We stayed at Nh Venezia Santa Lucia for 2 nights and wanted a hotel close to the train station. The location was amazing, with restaurants and shops right in front. The staff was very friendly and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the canal. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with various natural juices, a wide variety of cheeses, and delicious Nespresso coffee.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. It was right on the Grand Canal, within 200 meters of the railway station and right in the town center. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, right next to the train station and with a Vaporetto station in front. The antique Murano glass decor in the hotel was beautiful and the lifts were a lifesaver for me with lots of luggage. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in an elegant old hotel located right next to the main train station, making it central to all sightseeing. Our room was clean and very well kept with a classic interior design. We enjoyed the friendly and hospitable service from the English-speaking staff. The breakfast selection was good with fresh fruit, wonderful bread and even soya milk available each day. The terrace offered great views of the surrounding area and was a peaceful place to relax and have a glass of wine.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just down the bridges from the Fitzrovia Vaporetto stop, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Plus, it was near the harbor, which allowed us to easily take a boat to the Bus Terminal. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room's balcony.

Very comfortable and clean - unusual policies

I recently stayed at a hotel in Venice and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also fantastic, with high-quality toiletries and towels provided. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. Additionally, the hotel's policy on not providing an iron due to fire risks was a bit shocking. It would have been nice to have been able to iron our clothes before going out. The fact that breakfast was an additional cost was also unexpected. Despite these drawbacks, I must say that the hotel's location was excellent, close to the train station and other means of transportation. We were able to easily explore Venice and reach St. Mark's Square. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness, but do keep in mind the unusual policies.

Welcoming gesture of a drink or a bottle of 'spumante' in the room. Accommodating staff and nice room with balcony facing the canal and bridge. Convenient for travelers with trolley bags. a positive experience for families with 2 small kids.
