As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near metro stations and access to shopping malls. The staff, especially Akriti and Faraz, were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was amazing with options for meat-lovers and vegetarians. The hotel had a nice design and offered a great view of the city and Dubai Creek. we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the facilities and amenities provided.

During my recent transit in Dubai, I enjoyed the convenience of staying at Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District, located just 5 km from Dubai Creek SPB and a mere 550 meters from Union. The hotel's proximity to the Financial Centre, just a 20-minute drive away, added to the ease of my stay.

I also noted a need for improvement in the standards of customer service at the buffet restaurant.

The property offers a free shuttle service to tourist attractions. Last night, I was so tired after exploring the city that I felt like a penguin waddling through the lobby. But then, the free shuttle service swooped in like a superhero to save the day, whisking me off to a local attraction without me having to lift a finger.

Management opened our room door without permission.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Wasl District for a week-long vacation. The room was clean and spacious, and I was even upgraded to a 1-bedroom apartment. The hotel staff, particularly the front desk and restaurant staff, were friendly and accommodating. I especially want to mention Naresh and Ravi from housekeeping, who provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with Al Ghurair Mall, restaurants, and a grocery store just a short walk away. The inclusive breakfast was great, although I wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs with chili. it was a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place.

I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel had some nice complementary facts offered, including a welcome drink and a free city tour. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and many tourist attractions nearby. the breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options available.

The sound isolation was poor, and I could hear a lot of noise from the street. the rooms were in need of renovation, with old furniture and stained carpets that detracted from the experience.

The hotel offered free parking and wifi, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The room was impeccably clean and had beautiful decorations. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and we appreciated the separate area in the bathroom for getting ready. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Mr Baljeet and Ms. Mary Anne from Focus Restaurant, were incredibly attentive and provided outstanding customer service. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District impressed me with its stunning Arabesque limestone structure and modern yet traditional design. The room was equipped with a luxurious Hyatt Eurotop Mattress and had all the basic amenities, including an iPod docking station, HDTV, and a beautifully designed ensuite bathroom with designer toiletries. The fresh towels were always spotlessly clean and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay.

Room service could have been better. TV should have more options for channels in various languages at least English.

As a couple, we loved the spacious room that provided ample space for a comfortable stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delightful array of delicious options. The staff's behavior and tailored response to our needs were exceptional, particularly the attentive and hospitable restaurant staff.
