I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning location with incredibly helpful staff. During my visit, I needed to order flowers and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They even took the time to call my old friends in Arezzo, which was a heartwarming gesture. I was impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile, whether it was printing maps or offering any kind of assistance. The courtyard dining room was a delightful experience, with excellent and beautifully served dinner.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel during my business trip. the location was perfect with beautiful views of the mountains and the city. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options to choose from. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work.

That the hotel was not located near any public transportation, which made it a bit difficult to travel around without a car. However, the hotel did offer a shuttle service to the nearby town, which helped to make up for this inconvenience.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities fulfilled our expectations, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with stunning views. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff always ready to help. the room had exclusive advantages and we enjoyed our in-room breakfast. the location overlooking the hills was breathtaking and provided a peaceful retreat.

The snack bar was the only minor issue, as it lacked some variety. the restaurant offered delicious food, with special diet menus available.
