As a solo traveler, I loved the central location and the convenience of having a boat dock at the hotel. The friendly staff suggested amazing restaurants and the rooms were delightful. The hotel provided excellent all-round service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Venice for a romantic getaway. The room was spacious and had a beautiful, romantic atmosphere. The bathroom was well-stocked with all the necessities for our trip. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the main carnival events. The breakfast omelette was a highlight, incredibly delicious. The hotel's interiors were extravagant, capturing the essence of Venice's history. The service standards were exceptional, making us feel like VIPs. The staff, particularly the reception manager Marco Scaramal, were attentive and genuinely cared about our comfort. a truly special and memorable experience.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel instantly at home. the room we stayed in was elegant and beautifully decorated, giving off a luxurious vibe. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with most of the city's main attractions and shopping districts just a short walk away.

the breakfast buffet seemed to have pre-prepared scrambled eggs that weren't very fresh. Lastly, we found it odd that the bar didn't offer a wide selection of teas during tea time and the bartender didn't make an effort to find a solution for our preferences.

Excellent location near St Mark's Square, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Beautiful Venetian style with elegant rooms and spacious bathrooms. Friendly staff and exceptional service. Great breakfast selection in a stunning dining area. a delightful and luxurious experience. 😊

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant on-site had delicious food, especially the pasta which was the best we had in Italy.

The breakfast could have been better, although the breakfast room itself was beautiful. The hotel could also improve on their staff's politeness and welcoming attitude, as some seemed unfriendly.

The location just off St Mark's Square was perfect, as it was right next to all the main sights and close to everything in this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a charming hotel with antique furniture, heavy curtains, and fabulous chandeliers. Our room had a view of the canal, and the large windows allowed a beautiful breeze. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The staff were superb and very attentive. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and close to the gondola station. Nearby, there were upmarket stores like YSL, Gucci, and Chanel for shopping.

There was an issue with canceling breakfast, and we were charged the full rate even though we didn't partake in any meals.
