We had an incredible stay at this traditional hotel in the Grand Paradiso National Park. The spa facilities were absolutely heavenly, with a variety of saunas to choose from. The Mountain View from our room was breathtaking, and the attention to detail in the decor added to the overall experience. The pool and spa area were a highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant recommendations were excellent, and the front desk felt more like a concierge service. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were also blown away by the delicious dining options available, from mouth-watering meals at the main restaurant to the unique experience of the Friday BBQ lunch. The attention to detail and the level of care given to guests, such as accommodating dietary restrictions, truly made us feel valued. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding hiking trails, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, including a small bathroom and some inconsistencies with the food, our stay at this hidden gem was nothing short of magical. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

We were recommended to this hotel by our travel agent and it was well worth the detour. The spa is unlike any other spa I have ever seen with water treatments, lights, and fountains. It was healing just hearing the sound of the water! The views from the room of the mountains, meadows, and herb garden looked surreal in their beauty, and the food, staff, and spa attendants were all beyond superb. I would highly recommend this hotel and the venue and only wish we had got to spend more time there. The hotel offers spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers from both the bedrooms and the breakfast/dining rooms.
